I would say the condition is Very Fine + to Near Mint, which considering this was an article that came out in a paper in 1978 and was intended to be thrown out! I would say its in magnificent in condition! 12 x 10 Yes there is some yellowing of the pages. It has not been exposed to light for all these years so it must be the pour quality of paper used to print it.
I do the very best I can to give a fair and honest condition grade that I can. However, please look at the pictures and you be the judge.
I reserve the right to considered condition (grade) of the item. I do the best I can to call it like I see it and everyone has a different opinion. Since I have been doing this for over 50 years I think I have a fair idea of condition!
