    Our research has indicated dinner plates could be 9 1/4" through 10 3/4". salad could be 6 1/4" through 8 1/4" and dessert could be 5 3/4" thru 6 5/8". If you are interested in any of our plates regardless of dinner, salad, bread & butter, dessert, please check your measurement with our listed measurement to make sure you are getting the plate you want.

    Our  Shipping Policy
    If you are purchasing more than one item in a fixed price buy now pay now format, please place all items you are interested in the cart. Should you change your mind, you can delete item from cart as long as doing so prior to paying. The combined shipping fee is automatically changed by Ebay. This will save you money on shipping fees, as items can be packaged together. When ready, you can pay from your cart.
    Auction Style Listings -- We automatically combine shipping for multiple winnings that are paid for at the same time if they can be shipped safely in the same box - In this case, please wait for revised bill from us (within 24 hours of the end of the auction) as we will pack & weigh charging you for combined shipping. If paid separately, you will not be able to get discount.
    Calculating Shipping Charges from Carriers (UPS, Post Office, etc)
    Shipping fees are charged by weight of box after packaged, dimensions of box & distance package is traveling from CT to your address. The further away you are from us, the more costly the shipping fee will be from the carrier. We do not add a handling fee to our listings unless item requires special packing. Feel free to go to USPS or UPS website to confirm fee you of charge if you have any concerns .
    Weight of box -
    PO & UPS both consider items weighing 1/10 ounce over 1 lb. at 2 lb. rate, etc.
    Tracking Number is automatically uploaded through Ebay - if you do not receive it and would like the number, please contact us.
    We package securely, however we have no control of how UPS or the post office handle our packages.
    For this reason, We will not compromise packing for a cheaper price in shipping, as we feel strongly about quality packing to prevent damage.
    We ship merchandise as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours unless purchased on a Saturday or holiday, although it could take longer during the holidays if post office can not ship within time they specify (as no fault of ours).
    All packages will have a tracking number with no extra cost to buyer

    Condition
    No damage - as stated -- No chips, nicks, cracks, or dents
    99% of our merchandise is preowned. If we find anything that does not look good to us, we will mention it in our listing. We never list broken or damaged items. Photos should be examined closely in case we miss something. If we missed something, please let us know.
    PACKING & SHIPPING
    Priority & UPS cost more money than first class & parcel select -- we feel your merchandise should get to you in the same condition as it leaves our hands. This is the best way to ship our fragile merchandise .
    Overseas -- we only ship overseas through the Ebay Global shipping program. We do not determine shipping fees. That is between Ebay and the customer. If you wish to purchase from us and need to know the fees prior to bidding, please contact Ebay.
    RETURNS
    Returns -  Allowed only
    if items are the same condition as sent to you and as seen in photo because the item in photo is the actual item you are receiving. The return shipping fee is at your expense as well as post office's delivery to you since they will not refund it. We only refund returns that are sent back to us in same condition as we mailed them to you. If an item arrives damage it is considered an unforeseen circumstance.
    UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
    If an item is lost or damaged, we will contact shipper about concern.
    We package securely, however we have no control of how UPS or the post office handle our packages. Should a breakage problem arise, we will do our best to help you get refunded as we insure all shipments for loss or damage. Damage items can not be returned.
    Breakage Procedure required by USPS -- We will fill out the claim but in order to do so, we will need the following information.
    Should a package get damaged, we will need the following to file a claim - 1) Photo of the Box 2) Photo showing
    ALL the packing material we put in the box, 3) Photo of the broken item 4) Photo of the address label attached to the box as this is required when filing a claim.
    The post office randomly requires a buyer to bring package to post office to see damaged merchandise before refunding claim.
    If Shipper wants to see the item, yo
    u will be responsible for bringing it to the shipper (it can not be returned to us as claim / tracking number will not be valid and claim will be denied).
    With any claim, keep all merchandise and copies for your protection until refund is received. USPS will not refund if they request this, and it is not brought within their stated time.
    If this is the case, when you bring the package you must get signed form  #3831 from post office stating they have your package. A copy of this (#3831) must be sent to us as proof you brought it to PO.
    The post office then files a 2856 form, and submits it to their claims department. As soon as they do, the claim will go through. If post office does not submit claim, we have to follow up - this is why we require signed 3831.
    PO will only refund purchase price as they claim package was delivered. They only way they will refund shipping is if the package is lost. We have been shipping for 25 years with Ebay and have had very small amount of breakage --we just want to dot all our i's & cross all our t's to help process go smoothly and promptly should a problem arise.
