My blouses are top quality completely hand-sewn and hand embroidered on the finest gauze cotton with cotton and/or silk thread, they are pure art. The blouses are decorated with rich traditional motives which can be traced hundreds of year back in history. Some of the motives have names like “The Destiny Wheel”, “The Chamomile”, “
The Comb
”, " The Stars " ," The Flowers in Lace " , " The Eagle  "  and it takes a embroiderer over one month of work to finish one garment, so intricate and fine is the pattern. There is no sewing machine involved, everything is hand done.

Description
Very old Romanian peasant costume from Oltenia. It contains 3 pieces: dress, pair of aprons and belt.
1. Antique, about 60 - 80 yo Romanian blouse hand woven with red - blue cotton thread on white hand woven / homespun linen.
Condition: good condition with imperfections in linen and also with a yellow stain at back, around the neck. The red pattern is perfectly preserved with no missing parts or tears. It is a very well preserved dress, completely handmade, hand woven in a traditional loom.
The dress is washed, clean and ready to be used. Wash the dress with cold water and mild detergent.

Size: dress length: 105 cm or 41. 33 inches From the shoulder to waist line it have 39 cm or 15. 35 inches
around chest: 120 cm or 47. 24 inches

2. Pair of beautiful hand woven wool aprons. They are in very good condition: no hole or repair. 50 - 80 years old.
Hand woven with wool on cotton. From Oltenia folkloric region.
Vivid colour. Beautiful !
Size of front apron: 47 cm X 59 cm long or 18. 5 x 23. 22 inches.
The front apron have horizontal lines.
The back apron have vertical lines.
Size of the back apron: 40 cm wide x 60 cm long or 15. 74 inches wide x 23. 62 inches long
3. A matching woolen traditional belt. It may be not the belt in image but you ll receive an old matching wool belt.
