Description

The rPod 10.2 provides combines 10.2 channels of 24-bit audio playback with synchronous digital output controls, DMX512 lighting and control expansion, 12 input triggers and many other features. The totally solid-state design has no tape drives, hard disks, CDs or other moving parts thus providing extreme reliability and instant access to every message and control program for the most demanding messaging and show control applications.

• Six independent 24-bit balanced and unbalanced audio outputs with up to 96 kHz sampling plus two independent balanced and unbalanced 24-bit stereo audio outputs with up to 48 kHz sampling for a total of 10.2 audio outputs.
• On-board DSP, seven-band equalization.
• Four audio inputs grouped into two stereo pairs. Main input is balanced line-level. Auxiliary Input is balanced selectable line or microphone level input. Both inputs have output mixing capability.
• 12 Optically isolated input triggers programmable to high or low side triggering. 12 Optically isolated output controls with up to 50mA sink capability.
• DMX512 (RS-485) interface for lighting and expandable external control e.g., character animation.
• Two Compact Flash Cards for message, control, and configuration files up to 8GB of memory.
• Three Serial Ports (RS-232), MIDI In/Out/Thru, Option for AES/EBU I/F, Power BusTM Expansion I/F. • Real-time clock with back up battery.
• Powerful improved user-scripting language for programming and control.
