Duncan Glass Company Large Rare Vintage footed  Compote Cica 1900. 
Vintage Rare Duncan Glass large Compote Early 1900. Vintage pattern  Duncan clear glass  compote with a three-face relief pedestal stem. The container is glossy, while the pedestal and faces are frosted. It stands about 9 1/4" tall, and about 9" wide at the center.  This beautiful piece is in good condition.  The piece has some light scratching inside the bowl.
Duncan & Miller Glass Company was a well-known glass manufacturing company in Washington, PA. Items that were produced by the company are known as "Duncan glass" or "Duncan Miller glass." The company was founded in 1865 by George Duncan with his two sons and son-in-law in the southside neighborhood of Pittsburg, PA.
