: You are buying a 2017 year model Hussmann IM-04-T5-FS-S hot food soup warmer display. This uses 120 volts for the evaporator fan and lights and uses 208/240 volts for the warmers. Comes with everything you see pictured which includes all of the trim pieces for the bottom and bumpers. Very clean and a late year model warmer so wasn't used too long before it was taken out of service. Was used in a grocery store so expect normal used condition such as scuffs, scratches, etc. See pictures for complete condition. If you need a freight price, please send us an eBay message. UPS Items
Anything that ships via UPS will ship within 1 business day. If orders are received before 10am, your order will most likely ship that same day!
Freight Items
Most all freight items are out the door within 2-3 business days after payment has been made. Each item we sell that requires freight shipping gets a custom pallet built for it that is very sturdy and we use 3/4" plywood on all pallets we build. Your item will be wrapped, and safely banded (secured) to the pallet so it does not get damaged during transit.
Local Pickup

item can be picked up locally from our warehouse by appointment only. We do this so we can have your item picked and ready to load upon your arrival. As always, pickup is completely free and is available M-F 8am-4pm.
Please Note:
We are not responsible and cannot help it if a freight carrier runs late and takes longer than they should to deliver an order. Please contact us if you haven't received your item in a reasonable amount of time. We ship fast, so you should receive your order fast as well. If you see an item on our eBay store that you need in a certain amount of time, most freight carriers offer an "guaranteed delivery date" freight service, but of course it will cost extra for this service. Thank you!
What Happens After Payment?
After we have received your payment, please allow
1-3 business days
for your item to be pickup and prepared for shipping. Once your item is ready, we will schedule the freight company to make pickup. As soon as your item has been shipped, we will immediately update your eBay order with the freight carrier's name and tracking number for your order.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Transit times vary.
We are located on the East Coast so shipments going out West may take a week to arrive once it has shipped from our warehouse in Georgia. If you need the equipment by a certain date, please contact us and we'll be happy to see what it would cost to get your freight Expedited with a Guaranteed Delivery Date. This option costs extra, but it's there is you decide you need to.
What if my item is damaged?
Please
don't panic!
This doesn't happen very often. 100% of the items we ship are shipped with Freight Insurance. This protects both the Buyer and the Seller. We just ask that you please do not open an eBay Case before contacting us first. Just contact us and we will immediately file a claim with the freight carrier and start the claims process.
